Framing 101

Saturday, October 6 OR Tuesday December 4, 10-2-$15—Teacher: Carol You will marvel at how easy it is to frame your hand-stitched projects. And doesn’t it feel great to say, “I did it!”?

This quilt was one of our most popular quilts at our fall shows. It is made out of 2 jelly rolls(80-2 ½” strips) and you choose a companion border fabric. (Kit available)

If you have been anxious to learn to knit or refresh your knowledge, this is your chance to get going and get the needles clacking.

Choose from a pumpkin, turkey or snowman and learn how to do the blanket stitch. If you don’t have a blanket stitch on your machine, a zig-zag stitch works great also. (Kits available)

This is a great wall hanging or throw that will be a favorite to pull out every time fall rolls around. Is it my imagination or does fall come faster every year? (Kit available)

This jacket is constructed using a tissue pattern, but has a sweatshirt as the foundation. One jelly roll will get you on your way and you will choose extra fabric for your sleeves and binding. (Kit available)

Want to have a cute Halloween quilt made in a flash? This quilt is made using adorable border fabric. (Kit available)

Take this adorable snowman cheater panel, add two simple borders, flying geese and two more simple borders and you have the HIT of the season! Wow—home run! (Kit available)

Class Cancellation

At times, we do not have enough people sign up for a class, so it has to be cancelled. We suggest you sign up early, but wait to buy your supplies until we know the class will be held. Also, please let us know when you cannot come to a class at least a week in advance. We often have a waiting list and would then have time to work in those who can come! Thanks a bunch!

Class Policies:

Payment of class fee is required at the time you sign up. If you sign up by phone or e-mail, we will accept your credit card or you may send a check within 3-4 days. We cannot refund your class fee unless notified 1 week or more prior to class.
